What is Rock Steady Boxing?

Rock Steady at The Social enables people with Parkinson’s disease to fight their symptoms by providing non-contact boxing-style fitness programs that improve their quality-of-life, sense of efficacy and self-worth. We offer eight classes each week. Prior to attending a class, participants must meet with our instructors for a 30 minute individual assessment and have their doctor complete a medical release prior to participating in their first class. The cost of this assessment is $15.00 payable to the trainers. Classes cost $5.00 per session and punch cards can be purchased for multiple classes for your convenience. Gloves, gel wraps and cinch bags are available to purchase at our front desk.
